HVAC Inspection Service
To ensure optimal performance, we conducted preventative maintenance on the furnaces and humidifiers. Our thorough inspection and servicing resulted in all equipment functioning effectively at this time, providing peace of mind for future use.
Kitchen Hood And Make Up Air Unit
To enhance kitchen ventilation, we installed a 12' stainless steel commercial kitchen hood equipped with a rooftop fan, curb, and controls. We implemented a make-up air system using natural gas for heating and designed integrated insulated 26 ga ducting to connect to the hood. Additionally, we facilitated crane work and connected a water line to the evaporative cooler, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
Fireplace Wont Ignite
The furnace was not lighting due to a dirty flame sensor. We cleaned the sensor, which allowed the burners to ignite properly. During the inspection, we also noted wear on the hot surface igniter and a potentially failing capacitor in the blower motor. We recommend a thorough furnace service to ensure optimal performance. Everything is functioning correctly at this time.
Heat Pump Not Working
A malfunctioning heat pump was identified after it was struck by a tractor. Upon diagnosis, it was determined that the system was low on refrigerant due to a leak in the line set. After repairing the leak, we pressure tested and vacuumed the line set before adding refrigerant. The cool mode functioned well; however, in heating mode, the inconsistent pressures indicated a stuck reversing valve, necessitating its replacement.
Reme Halo Led Installation
To improve indoor air quality, we installed a REME HALO LED in the customer's HVAC system. This innovative device actively reduces airborne germs, allergens, and odors, creating a healthier living environment. We ensured the installation was seamless and efficient, enhancing the overall air purification process for the home.
