No AC Unit Is Leaking Water Into The Building
Upon discovering that the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, we conducted an inspection and found it to be low on refrigerant. We added 3 lbs of R410A to restore the system's performance, ensuring optimal cooling for the space.
No Air Conditioning
The air conditioning unit was found to be restricted at the TXV, impacting cooling efficiency. We ordered a new TXV, evacuated the system, and removed the old component. After welding in the new TXV, we conducted a pressure test and added refrigerant, ensuring the equipment operated properly following the repair.
Gas Piping
To accommodate the addition of three new fryers, we expertly re-routed the main floor gas piping, ensuring efficient gas supply and compliance with safety standards. This modification enhances kitchen operations by optimizing equipment placement and functionality. The process involved careful planning and execution to meet the specific needs of the restaurant's layout.
Homeowner Remodel
Two outdated bath fans were replaced, reusing the existing ductwork for efficiency. A new fan was installed in the shower room, with ducting routed through the roof, while we also established a supply run in the shower area. Return ducts in zones 3 and 4 were demoed and rerouted, complete with dampers and low voltage wiring. Additionally, a dryer duct was installed through the roof with proper termination.
Walk In Cooler Issues
Get WIC up and running 04/14/2016 Found system flat, found one leak on discharge line where it hooks to compressor. Also most of the gaskets on compressor were oily. Ordered new gasket set and valve plate. 05/03/2016 Installed new gaskets and valve plate. Pressure tested, good. Put vacuum pump on system over night. 05/04/2016 Checked vacuum, good. Charged and ran tested unit. High 155 psi, low 25 psi, Delta T 9*, S/C 8*, S/H 14*. Unit working good at this time.
Termination Install
To enhance ventilation and ensure safety, we installed an exhaust system along with dryer and range vents. Additionally, we completed the exterior terminations, ensuring proper airflow and compliance with all applicable standards. This comprehensive work effectively resolved the client's concerns while improving overall home efficiency.
No AC In The Front Of The Building Is Not Working
The front area of the store was not cooling due to a non-operational fan, despite normal voltage and capacitance levels. We quickly replaced the faulty fan, restoring optimal cooling functionality to the AC system. Everything is now working effectively.
No Cooling In The Front Half Of The Building
The front part of the building was experiencing inadequate cooling, prompting a thorough diagnosis. We connected gauges to assess pressure and temperatures, discovering a low refrigerant level indicated by a 12-degree suction temperature. After adding 2 pounds of refrigerant, we achieved ideal pressure and temperature, resulting in a 16-degree temperature difference. Everything is functioning properly now.
