Furnace And AC Service
To ensure the furnace and air conditioner operate efficiently, we conducted thorough preventative maintenance. This involved inspecting and cleaning key components, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn parts, ultimately enhancing the systems' reliability and performance. Our efforts help prevent unexpected breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the HVAC units.
Furnace And Air Conditioning Service
To ensure optimal performance of the heating and cooling systems, we conducted preventative annual service for both the furnace and air conditioning unit. This included thorough inspections, meticulous cleaning, and necessary adjustments, preventing potential issues and enhancing energy efficiency. Our goal was to maintain reliable climate control and extend the lifespan of both systems.
Tenant Improvements In New Area
To enhance airflow throughout the building, we installed a new spiral duct system leading to the north end, along with an additional run to the new private party room. This included ductwork, fittings, and registers. We also added five Panasonic bath fans with proper venting for the newly constructed bathrooms and retrofitted the existing furnace and AC unit with a fully modulating economizer and outside air system, complete with a master control, sensor, dampers, and ducting for fresh air intake. Finally, we balanced the ductwork to ensure optimal air distribution.
No AC
The unit was not functioning due to a faulty capacitor. We identified the issue and replaced it with a Turbo 200 capacitor, restoring the equipment to optimal working condition. The system is now operating properly, ensuring the customer’s comfort.
RTU Is Not Coming On
Thermostat is showing no power for the big RTU: Replaced all the contractors. Heard the relay for the fans chattering. Moved the thermostat wire closer to the strip and found a broken common wire which was connected to two off the contactor. This is the most probable cause for the contractors being in a bad state. With the blower contactor being totally broken. Equipment working properly at this time.
No AC
No cooling was evident due to a malfunctioning fan. After conducting a thorough diagnosis, we discovered that the capacitor had failed. We replaced the faulty capacitor, restoring proper functionality to the system, and it’s now working perfectly.
Hood System Is Not Working
The exhaust system for the hood on the east side of the building was not functioning, so we replaced the seized 1Hp exhaust motor. Accessing the roof required the use of 30 ft ladders. After completing the motor replacement, the exhaust system is now operating properly.
