No Heat
Upon inspection, we discovered that the burners were igniting but shutting off shortly after. We tested the flame sensor and found its readings to be out of tolerance. After cleaning the flame sensor, we restored proper functionality, and the system is now working effectively.
East Side Of Home Ac Is Not Working
The electrical switch for the split system on the east side was found to be blown, causing the air conditioning to be inoperative. We replaced the faulty switch, tested the capacitor, and cleaned the coil. The unit is now operating effectively, maintaining normal R22 pressures of 60/200 psi and delivering a cold airflow of 25 degrees.

To enhance the heating and cooling efficiency throughout the home, we installed a Daikin 2-stage variable speed gas furnace and a 16 SEER 4-ton heat pump with all necessary components. We implemented a complete duct system, including a Columbia G100 air filter, and a state-of-the-art Daikin touch screen Wi-Fi thermostat. Additionally, we integrated a zone system, allowing optimal climate control in the main house, apartment, and bonus room.
Furnace And Ac Service For The Sale Of The Home
We performed essential maintenance on the heating and cooling systems , ensuring everything operates smoothly. The refrigerant levels were verified through subcool temperature checks, and the outdoor unit was thoroughly cleaned. All capacitors were in perfect condition. Additionally, we cleaned the flame sensor, confirming that the heating supply was 45 degrees warmer and the cooling was 20 degrees cooler, with equipment functioning properly throughout.

To enhance comfort and efficiency in the home, we installed an LG low ambient variable speed air handler with 15K backup heat, paired with a 3-ton heat pump designed for low ambient conditions. We also completed a comprehensive duct system to serve the entire house, installed a Honeywell T-6 programmable thermostat, and added four basic Nutone bath fans. Additionally, a Panasonic whole house fan was positioned in the laundry room, along with a dryer box and proper venting. We also executed gas piping for a range, with future hookups for a BBQ and water heater.

A reliable heating solution was required, so we installed a customer-provided 95% efficiency furnace. This included complete gas piping installation, proper venting, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. To enhance the system's control, we also installed a new Honeywell thermostat, ensuring optimal performance for the customer's heating needs.
