No Heat, Furnace Is Blowing Cold Air
The furnace was blowing cold air, indicating a problem with heat production. Upon investigation, we discovered a kinked drain line from the exhaust, preventing proper water drainage. We replaced the damaged section of the line, running it directly to the drain. After testing the system, everything is functioning properly, restoring heat to the home.
No AC
The air conditioning unit was not operational, with no power energizing the outdoor unit. We identified that the capacitor was faulty, measuring 0 mfd. After replacing the 40/5 mfd capacitor, the system was restored, achieving a Delta T of 21F. The A/C is now functioning effectively.
Drain Pan Keeps Filling With Water Causing The Furnace To Shut Off
Water accumulation in the drain pan caused the furnace to shut off. We accessed the attic and leveled the existing drain pan, effectively stopping the leak. The equipment is now functioning properly and efficiently.
