Heat Pump Installation
An outdated heating system was causing inconsistent temperatures in the home. We installed a new Bryant 3.5 ton heat pump, ensuring efficient heating and cooling for optimal comfort year-round. The installation included careful placement and connection to the existing ductwork, enhancing the system's overall performance and energy efficiency.
No Heat
Upon discovering that the upstairs system shut down due to low pressure, we quickly assessed the situation. After diagnosing the system as low on refrigerant, we conducted a comprehensive leak search on the outdoor coil, refrigerant piping, and indoor coil, finding no significant leaks. However, we identified a leaking valve core at an access point, which we replaced. After recharging the system, we confirmed optimal operation with a 25-degree temperature rise, low side reading 40 degrees, and high side over 325 psi. The system is functioning excellently now.
Daikin Equipment Install
To enhance indoor climate comfort, we installed a Daikin 16 SEER outdoor air conditioning unit equipped with a standard scroll compressor, paired with a 96% efficient downflow propane furnace. This included sheet metal ducting, insulated R8 runs, quiet bath fans, and necessary venting. We also set up gas piping to the fireplace, furnace, water heater, range, and BBQ while ensuring efficient refrigerant piping for optimal heating and cooling performance.
Replacement Furnace
A malfunctioning heating system prompted the need for a reliable solution. We furnished and installed a Payne One Oil Downflow Horizontal Furnace, ensuring optimal performance. The old unit was properly disposed of, allowing the customer to enjoy the benefits of a new, efficient heating system.
