We addressed a call for a furnace inspection to ensure optimal performance and safety. The furnace was thoroughly inspected and serviced, followed by a deep cleaning to enhance efficiency and extend its lifespan. This comprehensive approach guarantees that the system operates smoothly, providing reliable heating when needed.

To ensure year-round comfort, we installed a new Goodman furnace and air conditioner, optimizing the home’s climate control. Accurate ductwork adjustments were made to enhance airflow efficiency, providing reliable heating and cooling. This upgrade not only improves energy efficiency but ensures a consistent and comfortable indoor environment for the homeowners.

During the inspection of the gas propane pool heater, we identified a malfunctioning gas valve, which was preventing proper operation. To resolve this issue, we promptly replaced the faulty gas valve, ensuring the pool heater is now functioning efficiently and safely.

The gas furnace was not delivering heat due to a clogged intake vent. To resolve this, we accessed the intake by removing the knockout on the side of the furnace and cleared the debris. After the service, the equipment is operating properly and efficiently, ensuring the room remains warm and compliant with code.

The Samson mini split was not providing adequate heating. We discovered the unit had only 11 pounds of refrigerant, which we corrected by bringing it to the appropriate charge. Additionally, we repaired a twisted refrigerant line. After the adjustments, the unit successfully heated the supply temperature to 105*, and we ensured it was operating efficiently.

During maintenance, we discovered the unit was low on refrigerant due to a leak at the brazed queen valve. We promptly repaired the leak, recovered the refrigerant, and recharged the system. As a result, the unit achieved an impressive 18 degrees of cooling once the work was completed.

The AC unit was making a horrible sound, indicating a potential issue. We diagnosed the problem and found that the unit was low on charge. After adding 2 pounds and running the system, we determined both the low and high sides were still low on pressure, so we added 8 more pounds until subcooling met manufacturer specifications. We cleaned the air filter and confirmed that the delta T for the return and supply air are within specifications. We also took pictures of the main and side house condensers for a possible upgrade. Everything is functioning properly now.

A need arose for efficient airflow management, prompting the installation of various ductwork components. We provided two 3 pc reducers in 24 gauge for both 9x8 and 8x7 sizes, complemented by two additional reducers for 7x6. To enhance transitions, we fitted a 26 gauge elbow and two spiral pipe connectors for 7” and four for 8”. Finally, a 9x8x7 wye was strategically placed to optimize the system.

The existing heating system required an upgrade for improved efficiency and performance. We installed a Daikin 96% single-stage gas furnace and a Midea 5-ton heat pump, complemented by a Midea 5-ton cased coil with TXV. To ensure optimal airflow, we executed a pro flush on the existing line sets and performed necessary sheet metal work, gas piping, and venting. We also removed and disposed of the old equipment and added a Midea Wi-Fi thermostat for enhanced control.
